Even a mad man with a shot gun is not going to change that policy because unlike you they have a good sense to lock them up until they are needed lest every altercation turn into a shooting. It is a wise policy but you and Archy Bunker would have every American (except those adjudicated as crazy) armed and dangerous 24/7. Is that really sound reasoning? You really should have a brain scan, there is defiantly something wrong up there.
