It’s a wonderfully rich, complex taste, and made me feel as if I were living in an ancient Scandinavian forest, waking in a log cabin in darkness and pulling on some fabulous knitwear, lighting a candle and slowly cooking my beer-soaked rye bread into an amazing, warming breakfast. I was soon brought down to earth by crying children and a toy-strewn flat, but I enjoyed it while it lasted.
