Libs cheered. Constitutionally that same minority party now contols the house and can cause big problems like they are. Constitutionally. but libs whine. Obama has earned the buy in he's getting and this should have been foreseeable. He didn't lead he rammed and this is the result. Self inflicted and foreseeable. congrats.
