Bedrooms are divided between villa and trulli, which are linked by a path through the vast, immaculately landscaped gardens punctuated by gnarled olive trees. While the main country kitchen is housed in the villa, there’s an additional kitchen in the trulli. With light-coloured stone floors and walls, and shady, sunlight-dappled outdoor living areas all around, this is the summer house of one’s dreams. The loveliest spaces include the large al fresco
