** Shareholders in Clearwire Corp voted on Mondayto approve majority owner Sprint Nextel Corp's buyout ofthe rest of the company, ending a six-month battle for controlof the small U.S. wireless operator. Sprint, which is itselfbeing bought by Japan's SoftBank Corp, just neededapproval from a majority of the minority shares. Clearwire saidit expects to close the deal on July 9. SoftBank is expected toclose its $21.6 billion purchase of 78 percent of Sprint the dayafter.
