Children with disabilities http://xxxnx.world xxlx Failed states, dirty bombs, water shortages, economic decline and other looming threats pepper the pages of Rising Tides, a title inspired by a passage from Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar and suggested by his wife Jesme Baird, a fellow doctor. “There is a tide in the affairs of men, which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune,” the line reads. “Omitted, all the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and in miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat, and we must take the current when it serves or lose our ventures.”
