本場韓國石燒鍋
第一次使用前的準備
1.請先準備一個不鏽鋼湯鍋,將鍋內放入小石頭將石鍋放入湯鍋內的小石頭上,加入洗米水復蓋過石鍋在以小火加入煮沸去雜質和養鍋的動作。
*(請一定要在湯鍋內放入小石頭隔絕加熱請勿將石鍋直接貼附著湯鍋加熱以免發生危險)
2.石鍋在湯鍋內的煮沸15~20分鐘即可,取出時請勿使用石鍋專用夾取出以免發生燙傷和危險。
3.取出石鍋後將石鍋放置在瓦斯爐上,開小火將石鍋上的多餘水分烘乾後,在將石鍋的鍋內和鍋外均勻塗抹上食用油或沙拉油開小火烘烤。
注意事項
1. 請勿急速加熱勿使用大火烹調
2. 烹煮過程中請勿將手直接接觸石鍋以免燙傷
3. 石鍋放置瓦斯爐上請將石鍋安全固定放置以免發生掉落或打翻情形。
4. 請勿使用烹調以外的用途上
5. 石鍋加熱後請將石鍋放置在專用的鍋底盤上
6. 石鍋請勿碰撞以免發生龜裂
7. 石鍋烹調後或是烹調中請勿用冷水沖洗冷卻以免溫度劇烈變化石鍋會產生龜裂破損。
